Confidentiality
All information sourced through Findtech is kept confidential for the user. Exceptions to our general ruling are rare and only made with the express permission and knowledge of the client. That means we will work to three basic rules:
- Client details are never disclosed as part of the research process unless it is part of an agreed search strategy.
- No other clients will be told what information you have requested, collected or discussed with us.
- Any work specifically commissioned for you will not be made available to other clients.

Exceptions to our general ruling are rare and only made with the express permission and knowledge of the client. In further support of our policy on confidentiality we do not publish a client list, as we believe it is in the interest of all our clients to remain anonymous.
If multiple clients request the same or similar data we reserve the right to originate a generic report of the area of information requested. This will be separate exercise owned and managed by Findtech and will not be based exclusively on any client company's request
